Dr. Charles O. Thoen, a veterinarian internationally recognized for his extensive knowledge and expertise in the scientific field of tuberculosis and an avid One Health leader/advocate died unexpectedly Monday, May 8, 2017. Dr.Thoen was the Immediate Past President of the American Veterinary Epidemiology Society.
